    The love seat arrived in a single cardboard box. I opened it and carried each piece into the house. Assembly was straightforward. The furniture pieces are somewhat bulky and heavy. You may need assistance to assemble. Once assembled, it is very solid and comfortable. The fabric is appealing in color and texture. Two adults of medium size >160 lbs. have been sitting on the love seat for several days. The seat is holding strong and is comfortable.
